We are a leading marine specialty contractor serving the heavy civil marine
infrastructure market. We provide a broad range of marine construction services
on, over and under the water along the Gulf Coast, the Atlantic Seaboard and in
the Caribbean Basin. Our customers are federal, state and municipal governments
as well as private commercial and industrial enterprises.
History
We were founded in 1994 as a marine construction project management
business. Initially, we performed work along the continental Unites States
coastline, as well as in Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean Basin. In 1997 we
expanded beyond the project management business, established fixed geographic
operating bases and made four acquisitions between 1997 and 2003. In 2004, we
were acquired by Orion Marine Group, Inc. (formerly known as Hunter Acquisition
Corp., a corporation formed and controlled by our former principal stockholders)
